The ALA’s most important message to people living with lymphoedema is that they can ‘survive and thrive’ by incorporating simple exercise and self-management to lead a proactive and active life.

Lymphoedema – How to survive and thrive was produced as a part of the Australian Lymphology Association’s strategic vision to provide best practice lymphoedema management to enable greater access to vital information and help improve the quality of life for people diagnosed with lymphoedema.

Developed to provide access to lymphoedema management, especially for those who can’t afford the cost of therapy or are distant from services, the video empowers people with lymphoedema to understand their care needs and take a proactive approach to living with lymphoedema which is healthy, active and fun.

For the first time this information resource provides visual guidance and supportive testimonials to help suffers to manage their lymphoedema and ‘survive and thrive’.
